Caravan sales

Sales of on-site trolley are approved only to those in the queue for change of location, as well as queue for new application of seasonal location. The sale can only be made by the person who signed the lease of the site. With the sale, the place is terminated and a termination can only be done by the tenant.

The sales must go through us, if you go in sales tanks you must therefore give us a price, more information about the carriage and contact information for you as a seller. The price must be fixed, and must not be bargained for after advertising is sent out. We go out with an advertisement for those in the queue.

A commission of 10% of the sale price is paid to the campsite in connection with the sale, an intermediate agreement is written between the camping owner, the seller and the buyer.

NOTE! It is the responsibility of the vendor to be available for contact by ev. buyers who want to book a viewing. The campsite is only responsible for advertising, all display is done by sellers.

Step 1.
We go out with an advertisement for the queue for a change of room for existing guests. The ad is out for 1 week for possible. booking of views, questions etc. Subsequently, it is not possible to declare their interest. Anyone who stands at the top of the queue of those who have reported interest in the site may purchase the trolley.

If no one from the list reports their interest, see Step 2.

Step 2.
The advertisement is forwarded to the queue for the new application for seasonal location. The ad is out for 1 week for possible. booking of views, questions etc. Subsequently, it is not possible to declare their interest. Anyone who stands at the top of the queue of those who have reported interest in the site may purchase the trolley.

If no one from any gender reports their interest, you get a round of advertising and then you can go out with a lower price. Advertising only happens once a year.

The campsite is not responsible for the municipality’s possible new updates of regulations regarding residential caravans, construction.
